1) Though the Respondent No. 2 - BMC is willing to allot necessary tenement/s to the Petitioner which as per the photographs annexed to the documents produced on record, are humanly habitable in condition, the Petitioner's demands are much more. The said demands cannot be adjudicated at the stage of admission.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.1) Admit.

3) According to us, grant of interim relief would amount to allowing Petition at the stage of admission itself hence, interim relief rejected.
