A Motion for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 24th October 2024 (Coram: Ravindra V. Ghuge & M.M. Sathaye, JJ), was taken up by this Bench on 13th November, 2024, since minor a correction was sought. An order permitting correction was passed on 13th November 2024. The order has been signed and uploaded. However, when it came to signing the corrected order dated 24th October 2024, the Registry pointed out a Circular dated 29th March, 2004, issued by Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, by which the matter has to be listed before the same bench which had passed order dated 24th October 2024 for dealing with the motion for speaking to the minutes of the order. It is in these circumstances that we have suo moto listed this matter today on the board for recalling of the order dated 13th November, 2024 and for granting liberty to the litigating parties to move a praecipe for constitution of the special bench for dealing with the motion for speaking to the minutes of the order. 2.
