Learned Addl.G.P. is requested to take instructions from the Education officer - Zilla Parishad Education Department, Nashik. We find that it is on the basis of the letter written by the local MLA that the proposal for approval of the Petitioner as 'Shikshan Sevak' is rejected by the Respondent No.3 on the ground that there are disputes within the Management.

Prima facie, the impugned order is untenable. Learned Addl.G.P. to take instructions from the Respondents and respond on the next date.
