DATE : 05 SEPTEMBER 2024 P.C. :- Principal grievance of the Petitioner is that the Central Government Industrial Tribunal is not functioning at Mumbai. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Provident Fund Organization inform that earlier, in a Petition raising similar grievance after hearing the learned Additional Solicitor General, certain directions have been issued by this Court. The situation has not improved.

The Petitioner will give notice to Respondent No.5 and file affidavit of service.
