Heard on the prayer made by the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 for speaking to minutes of the order dated 24th January, 2025.

On hearing the learned counsel, it is directed that in paragraph 2, instead of "...the incident which took place on 25th September 2024 and led to debarment of the petitioner on 19th June 2024 has been closed.", be substituted as "...the incident which was raised on GeM portal because of debarment of petitioner by order dated 19th June 2024 has been closed on 25th September 2024."

Paragraph 2 of the order dated 24th January, 2025 stands corrected and be read as under:

When the matter was called out, learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, has placed on record a copy of the information available on GeM Portal, wherein it has been stated that the incident which was raised on GeM Portal because of debarment of petitioner by order dated 19th June 2024 has been closed on 25th September 2024. In support of the aforesaid submission the relevant extract of the GeM Portal has been produced before us which is taken on record." 5.

This order be read in conjunction with the order dated 24th January, 2025.
