Let the petitioner file an additional affidavit stating therein clearly as to whether the petitioner, during the course of bid process or even otherwise, had made any representation to the railway authorities for changing the eligibility criteria and for including Manufacturer as well, apart from Original Equipment Manufacture and Authorized Agent. 2.

The additional affidavit shall also disclose as to whether the petitioner is an Original Equipment Manufacturer or a Manufacturer or an Authorized Agent of the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

We also call upon the respondents to file a limited affidavit-in-reply disclosing the reasons for which the

1-WP-4175-2024 petitioner has been technically disqualified. The affidavit to be filed by the respondents shall also enclose therewith the representation said to have been made by the petitioner seeking change in the eligibility criteria.
