We had passed a detailed order on 1 October, 2024 and thereafter on 3 October, 2024. The parties are before us in pursuance of the said orders. We are informed by Mr. Shriram Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioners that with an endeavour to amicably resolve the disputes, today a proposal was submitted on behalf of the petitioners to the MMRDA. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the MMRDA states that such proposal would be considered and the Court would be informed on any decision taken thereon on the adjourned date of hearing.
