By order dated 4th September 2024, this Writ Petition has been disposed of in view of the statement made by Mr. More, learned Additional Government Pleader that the Appeal No.23 of 2014 pending before the Respondent No.1-the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, Pune will be disposed of expeditiously and within a period of eight weeks. Mr. More, learned Additional Government Pleader made the said statement on the basis of written communication of the Respondents.

Mr. Zaidy, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Writ Petition is again circulated as there is Revision Application No.85 of 2016 which the office of the Inspector General of Stamps have taken up, challenging the adjudication order which is also the subject matter of the said Appeal No.23 of 2014.

Accordingly, it is clarified that along with said Appeal No.23 of 2014, said Revision Application No.85 of 2016 be also decided. 4.

Needless to clarify that the contentions of all the parties are expressly kept open.
