MONDAY, 9 th JUNE 2025 P.C :

Pursuant to para 9 of the order dated 18th November 2024, we direct the authorities of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals and Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai, to constitute a Medical Board to examine the physical and medical health of SQ Pathan 1/2

4-WP-4248-2024.doc Jaimin, who is presently recuperating at his residence and submit a report to this Court within two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide the residential address of Jaimin to the learned A.G.P, forthwith.

Learned A.G.P to communicate the above order to the J. J. Hospital to enable them to constitute a Medical Board. The Medical Board so constituted shall visit the residence where Jaimin is presently undergoing treatment.

We have requested the Medical Board to visit the residence of Jaimin, since Jaimin is not in a condition to be taken to the Hospital, for his examination. The said report to be submitted to this Court in a sealed envelope on the next date. Stand over to 24th June 2025. To be listed on the Supplementary Board.
