Ms. Chavan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondent No.5 states that since Mr. Jaimin is admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute ('Kokilaben Hospital'), the Medical Board be directed to visit Kokilaben Hospital to examine Mr. Jaimin and submit a report as directed by this Court vide order dated 9th June 2025. Accordingly, we direct the Medical Board constituted by the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals and Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai to visit Kokilaben Hospital for examining the Mr. Jaimin and submit a report. The said report be submitted on 2nd July 2025.

Needless to state, that the Authorities of Kokilaben Hospital to permit the Medical Board, so as to enable them to examine the Mr. Jaimin.
