We have perused the documents at Page Nos.32 and 51, in the light of the contention of the corporation that the alternate stall made available to the Petitioner was only a temporary structure and not supposed to be embedded in the ground on the footpath. The Petitioner prays that permission be granted to erect its stall made of cement, bricks, and concrete. 2.
