In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to take necessary action against illegal constructions.

Learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 4 submitted, on instructions, that the complaint made by the petitioner has been placed before a committee dealing with unauthorised constructions, which is scheduled to meet on or before 28th February 2025. However, he prays for and is granted

28-WP.4347.2024 four weeks' time in order to enable him to apprise this Court with regard to the complaint filed by the petitioner as well as to file affidavit in reply.
