On 15th October, 2024, we had issued notice, returnable on 20th November, 2024. The Corporation was granted time to file an affidavit in reply within four weeks. Even today, the affidavit in reply is not ready. We had also directed that the undisputed retiral benefits of the Petitioner may be released. The provisional pension has commenced.
