2] On 06/03/2025, after hearing all parties, the following order was passed :- 'P.C.:

1. Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1. To consider the submission made on behalf of the Petitioner that the amount in surplus that is lying with the Debts Recovery Tribunal be made over to the Respondent No.3-Society for which even the Society has no objection, one opportunity is granted.

2. Stand over to 26.03.2025.

3. The Petitioners to serve a copy of this order on the Respondent No.1."

3] It is informed by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1 that it has received all its dues and no amount is now outstanding. The learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as the learned counsel for Respondent No.3 therefore submit that an amount of Rs 1,55,72,073/- can be made over to the Respondent No.3 towards its dues. 4] Since the aforesaid amount has been admittedly surplus recovered, the same shall be made over to the Respondent No. 3 - Society within a period of one week from today. The Respondent No.4 to take steps in accordance with these directions. 5] With these directions, the grievance of the Petitioners stands redressed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

6] All concerned to act on the authenticated or a duly digitally signed copy of this order.
