This is an application for amendment. This is a preadmission amendment for bringing subsequent developments on record.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.4 opposed the application. However, considering the fact that this is a preadmission amendment, the amendment is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out within one week. Amended copy be served on the respondents. Affidavit-in-reply be filed within four weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
