After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that the Petitioner shall make an appropriate representation raising legitimate legal issues which would be made before the appropriate authority of the State Government. Let such representation be made within two weeks. Upon such representation being made, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation and inform to the Petitioner decision thereon. 2.

We may clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival contentions.
