In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 16th July, 2019 passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies on an application filed by respondent no.1 for sanction of three buildings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the out-set fairly submits that being aggrieved by the aforesaid order, an application for review has been filed, which is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to pursue the review application which has been filed by the petitioner.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the challenge to the order of mutation in case occasion arises.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
