Let affidavit-in-reply be filed by the respondents by 20 November 2024, rejoinder-affidavit to which, if any, may be filed by the petitioner by the next date of listing. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has furnished two documents downloaded from the website of respondent No.3, which are taken on record. However, we direct that the said documents shall be filed by the petitioner by means of an affidavit.

Learned AGP, on instructions received from Mr. Dinesh Waghmare, Principal Secretary, Medical Education and Drugs Department and Mr. Rajeev Nivatkar, Commissioner, Medical Education and Research, has submitted that the documents produced before the Court today were not in the knowledge of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, and having examined the said documents, an inquiry shall be conducted and till completion of the inquiry, status quo as it exists shall be maintained. She has further stated that the work order if issued shall not be acted upon.
