In this Petition, the Petitioner interalia is aggrieved by an order of handing over possession of the land to the MMRDA, dated 17/04/2023, passed by the Collector,.

When the matter is called today, the learned Advocate General submitted that the dispute is between the Union of India and the State Government and therefore, time be granted to make an attempt to amicably resolve the same. The aforesaid submission is accepted. 3.
List on 17/03/2025, with liberty to apply in case the dispute is resolved amicably between the parties.
