In this Petition, the Petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 16 May 2023, by which the Petitioner was de-listed from the list of "Approved Vendors" for a period of one year. The Petitioner has also challenged the validity of the order dated 23 July 2024, by which Appeal preferred by the Petitioner against the aforesaid order has been dismissed. 2.

Admittedly, the Petitioner was de-listed from the list of "Approved Vendors" for a period of one year. The aforesaid period of one 1/2

JPP 8. WP 4778.2024.doc year had expired on 16 May 2024. A bench of this Court, by order dated 7 August 2024, has granted stay to the order of de-listing. 3.

Taking into account the fact that the period of de-listing has already expired, the orders dated 16 May 2023 and 23 July 2024 are quashed and set aside.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
