Mr. Halwasia, learned counsel for the Union of India states that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 22 October 2024, the Competent Authority has allowed the Petitioner's application and registered the 2nd Petitioner as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). He states that the OCI Card has been issued on 19 February 2025. Accordingly, based on the above submissions, we are satisfied that there is compliance.

Ms. Tulsi Shah, learned counsel for the Petitioners also admits that OCI card has been issued to the 2nd Petitioner.
