We have heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. 2.

We would be inclined to pass orders on the present proceedings on the adjourned date of hearing. Accordingly, list the proceedings on 11 December 2024 on which date learned counsel for the Revenue would also provide clarifications on the discussion which has taken place today on the service of the notice stated to be issued to the petitioner under Section 245 of the Income Tax Act 1961, which is one of the issues. As also a list of dates be prepared by the learned counsel for the petitioner so as to assist the Court.
