This concerns our judgment and order dated 20 January 2025 in Writ Petition No.4891 of 2025 and connected matters. 3.

Mr. Sharma states that the Revenue has now made rectification orders dated 17 March 2025, in terms of which, an amount of Rs.14,39,99,673/- can be released to the Petitioner, since this amount represents adjustments of amount 20% of the tax demand.

Accordingly, the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to release the amount deposited by the Revenue to the Petitioner together with interest, if any, that shall have been accrued on that amount. This amount should be transferred to the Petitioner Bank Account. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the details of the Bank Account will be furnished as soon as possible. 5.

Praecipe for release of the amount is disposed of in the above terms.
