Mr. Vishwanath Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the direction was issued to decide the fresh application under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, within a period of six months and the same has remained to be incorporated in paragraph No.10.

Accordingly, paragraph no.10 be corrected by stating that "Accordingly, if the fresh Application under Section 36 of the said Dusane

Accordingly, Order dated 10th December 2024 be corrected and corrected Order be uploaded.
