1) The Petitioner, a micro minority member, has challenged the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme of New Indira Nagar Rahivasi & Vyapari Cooperative Housing Society and Shanti Nagar Rahivasi & Vyapari Cooperative Housing Society, being a 'member' of New Indira Nagar Rahivasi & Vyapari Cooperative Housing Society.

2) Admittedly, more than 70% of the members of the said Societies have approved the said slum rehabilitation scheme. It appears that, the Petitioner is having personal grievances pertaining to the said scheme. In view 1/2
