Mr. Vashi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that there is an alternate remedy of filing Statutory Appeal under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 ("said Act") and therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. He only states that status-quo order be passed for a period of 20 days. 2.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file Statutory Appeal under the said Act. Sonali
