After arguing the Petitions for sometime Mr. Pai, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions of Ms. Meena Maral, General Manager (Legal), seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Petitions. He would however urge that the question of law involved in the Petitions be left open to be decided in appropriate case.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of. Question of law involved in the Petitions is however left open to be decided in appropriate case. 3.

The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest. Petitioners shall however pay to each of the Respondents the amounts due under the impugned judgment and order within a period of four weeks alongwith interest at the rate of 8% per annum from 23 August 2020. For facilitating the payment to the Respondents, Respondents shall approach the Petitioners alongwith the necessary details within a period of two weeks. (SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.) 5 of
