The grievance raised by the petitioners in this writ petition is the non-consideration of various complaints made by them before the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies with regard to the affairs of the respondent no.3-Co-operative Society. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, though cognizance of the subsequent complaints made by the petitioners has been taken and those complaints are being heard, the earlier complaints made by the petitioners are not being considered. 2.

In the reply filed on behalf of the Deputy Registrar, it is stated that hearing in some of the complaints filed by the petitioners is on-going. The next date of the proceedings is 17th December 2024. 3.

(a) The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies shall club all complaints made by the petitioners for being considered in the same proceedings.

(b) The petitioners shall give details of all complaints filed by placing a chart in that regard before the Deputy Registrar on the next date of the proceedings.

(c) Copy of those complaints shall be served on the counsel appearing for the respondent no.3-Cooperative Society. (d) After giving an opportunity to respond to the said complaints, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision.

(e) The complaints be adjudicated preferably within a period of three months from the next date of the proceedings.

(f) It is made clear that all contentions of parties are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
