By this Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the suspension order dated 29th April 2024 issued by Respondent No. 3, which had suspended the Petitioner's service. 2.

The impugned order dated 29th April 2024 appears to SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT have come to an end by passing of the order dated 5th December Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

In view of the order dated 5th December 2024, having been passed by Respondent No. 3, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions has sought permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition as had been prayed for in the Interim Application (L) No. 40701 of 2025, and which liberty had been granted by separate order bearing today's date disposing of the Interim Application as withdrawn. 4.

Leave is granted.

Writ Petition No. 5162 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty already granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition vide separate order bearing today's date in Interim Application (L) No. 40701 of 2025, which has been disposed of as withdrawn.
