The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners has tendered a draft amendment to the above Writ Petition. Having gone through the draft amendment, we are of the view that the same does not change the nature of the cause of action and is a pre-admission amendment. FEBRUARY 11, 2025 Mohite

In these circumstances, the draft amendment tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Petitioners are permitted to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the draft handed in. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter.

The Respondents are permitted to file their Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from the date of service of the amended Writ Petition on the Respondents. 4.
