We are informed by the counsel appearing for the Respondent that twice the registry of this Court, through the Competent Committee has rejected the prayer of the party in-person to conduct the matter in-person.

In that view of the matter and having regard to the fact that the reply affidavit is acknowledged by the party in-person-Petitioner, we deem it appropriate to defer the hearing of the petition by four weeks so as to facilitate the party in-person to seek legal assistance. 3.
