This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following reliefs :

"a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus, or any other writ, direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to forthwith take action of demolition against unauthorized structures of Respondent NO.5 and other unauthorized structures standing on a Plot bearing CTS No.1C/3A (pt.) of Village Oshiwara, Opp.H.K.College, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai-400102 as mentioned in Speaking Order dated 25.7.2022 of the Respondent no.2. b) This Petition be finally allowed with costs;

c) Cost of this Petition be provided for."

After this petition was heard for some time, the learned counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with all details.
