The petitioner challenging the order of suspension dated 4th April 2024 approached the Grievance Redressal Committee which passed an order dated 3rd September 2024 directing the college to allow the petitioner to serve as regularly appointed employee. The order revoking the suspension passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee is challenged by the college vide Writ Petition No. 124 of 2025. In view thereof, let Writ Petition No. 124 of 2025 be tagged alongwith the present writ petition.
