This writ petition is confined to prayer clause (b) in paragraph 55 which reads as under:
"(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to hold and declare that the inaction on the part of the College Management to reinstate the Petitioner in service despite quashing of the suspension order dated 4/4/2024 by the Grievance Redressal Committee of the University of Mumbai vide judgment dated 3/9/2024 is illegal high handed and arbitrary." 2.
In view of decision rendered in Writ Petition No.124 of 2025, this writ petition is allowed.

The respondent no.4 who is the Principal of Bhavan's Hazarimal Somani College of Arts & Science and Jayaramdas Patel College of Commerce & Management Studies, Chowpatty, Mumbai 2/3
shall permit the petitioner to discharge her duty and the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall ensure that salary and other servicelinked benefits are paid to the petitioner, if already not paid, from 3rd September 2024, that is the date of the order passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee.
