Learned Advocate General submitted that the Central Government has already taken a decision to allot the land in question to the State Government. The State Government has initiated the proceedings seeking change of user of the land which is pending before the Central Government.

In view of aforesaid submission, Mr. Govilkar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Union of India prays for adjournment to enable him to seek instructions.
