There is no dispute that the Petitioners are identically placed in both these matters. The Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 5377 of 2024 has received the approval to the pension proposal on 24th February, 2026 and his grievance is redressed.

In the light of above, Writ Petition No. 5377 of 2024 is disposed off.

In Writ Petition No. 5382 of 2024, the Petitioner is Smt. Gayatri Panwar. Learned Advocate representing the Corporation submits that the pension proposal of the Petitioner would be approved at the earliest. Learned Advocate for the Corporation instructed by Shri Nilesh Datar, A.O., Aided Primary Education Department submits that efforts will be made to clear the proposal of the Petitioner by 2nd April, 2026. 4.
List this Petition for disposal on 6th April, 2026 in the 'urgent admission category board'.
