6-wp-5382-2024.odt retirement benefits from 2007 onwards. All arrears would be calculated and paid to the Petitioner by depositing the amounts in her bank account, on or before 30.04.2026. The arrears of pension would also be deposited in her bank account on the same day. Her regular pension, as per pay scale fixation in terms of the 6th Pay Commission recommendations, would start from the month of May 2026.

We are listing this Petition, in the urgent supplementary board, on 09.04.2026 for passing orders.
