The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Apex Grievances Redressal Committee (AGRC) in Application No.56 of 2024 for expeditious hearing of the Application and for which application has been taken out on 19th November, 2024. 1/2

Mr. More the learned Counsel appearing for the AGRC on instructions has submitted that if the praecipe is filed today, the AGRC which is sitting on Friday i.e. 7th February, 2025 will consider the application for expeditious hearing.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
