Heard learned counsel for the parties.

These petitions are concerned for assessment years 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13.

The petitioner is challenging issuance of notice under Section 153C as being time barred.

In similar petition i.e. Writ Petition (L) No.913 of 2025 and connected matters, we issued Rule but declined interim relief. 5.

By adopting the reasoning in our order dated 11 February 2025, we issue Rule in these petitions but decline interim relief. Ad-interim relief already granted is hereby vacated. Still we grant the petitioner liberty to apply upon completion of the assessment proceedings. 6.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel waives service on behalf of the respondents.
