taken to ensure that no academic loss would be caused to the students in case any interim directions are issued in the writ petition restraining respondent nos.9 to 12 from undertaking any admissions in the academic session 2025-26. Time of one week in that regard is granted. 2.

In the meanwhile, it is open for the petitioner to pursue its representation made to the respondent no.4 on 26th September 2024. The respondent no.4 can consider the representation as made in accordance with law.

Stand over to 10th March 2025 after urgent matters. 4.
