1] Pursuant to the order dated 12/12/2024, we have been informed by the learned counsel for respondent no.1 that an opportunity of hearing would be granted to the petitioner in the context of its representation dated 26/09/2024 on 21/01/2025. Similar opportunity would be granted by respondent no.3 on 22/01/2025. Insofar as respondent no.4 is concerned, the learned counsel submits that on 16/12/2024 the said respondent has communicated its view on the matter to the petitioner. 2] There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent no.2. To facilitate consideration of the said representation by the respondent no.2, it is directed that representative of the petitioner shall appear before the concerned authority of the respondent no.2 for consideration of the representation dated 19/11/2024 on 24/01/2025. It would be open for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 to also hear other stakeholders in the matter including the students. To enable response of these respondents to be brought on record, stand over to 04/02/2025.
