Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to implead the office of RBI Ombudsman as party respondent No.4. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.4. Ms. Aditi Phatak waives notice on behalf of the respondent No.2 - RBI and the newly added respondent No.4 and seeks one week's time to file affidavit-in-reply. Time granted. The same to be field in the Registry within one week from today, with an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
