The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner tenders draft amendment and seeks amendment to the Writ Petition in terms of Schedule-1 of the said draft amendments. 2.

Considering that the amendment sought is only to add additional grounds and also considering that it is a pre-admission amendment, we do not find any impediment in allowing the Petitioner to amend the above Petition.

Accordingly the draft amendment tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification and the Petitioner is permitted to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of Schedule-1 set out in the said draft amendments. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 1 week from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Revenue immediately thereafter.
