1. Read Praecipe dated 26.02.2025. Perused order dated 26.02.2025. Petitioner seeks permission to remove names of descendants of Laxmibai, a sister of the deceased, predeceased the deceased on 24.09.2024. in view of Section 9 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, petitioner to inform the persons whose names are to be deleted.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition pending.
