1. Husband of the deceased died in year 2024. Therefore, upon his death, property or his share in the property would be devolved upon his mother and his children. Hence, the petitioner to state about the mother of since this is husband of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Furthermore, additional averment to be made in the body of the petition, by following due procedure in this regard.
