TP/24/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Prabhu Velar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ojas Ramesh Savarkar and Smruti Ramesh Savarkar (filed through Constituted Attorney i.e. petitioner No.1) being son and daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Vaishali Ramesh Savarkar alias Vaishali R. Savarkar said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 07.01.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 11 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
