Perused the petition, it appears that Vijay husband of the Alka, since deceased to the deceased. Said Vijay died in year 2009, leaving behind his two sons namely Davesh and Sanjay. However, the petitioner has not stated about his class one legal heir, i.e. mother. Hence, the petitioner state about the mother of said Vijay. 2.
