1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 17.04.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 27.03.2025 date of death of the deceased is mentioned as 29.10.2009. However, date of death as per the death certificate is 23.01.2015. Hence, same may be corrected. Submission is accepted. Upon perusal of the petition and death certificate of the deceased, date of death of the deceased in para no. 1 of the order dated 27.03.2025 is corrected and read as "23.01.2015".

2. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 27.03.2025 will remain as it is.

3. Removed from the board.
