1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby submitted that due to inadvertence, by order dated 24.06.2025 amendment is carried out without permission. Hence, petitioner has filed praecipe to carry out an amendment and for reverification of the department. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
