TP/58/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Victoria Gonsalves i/b. M/s. Jayakar Partners, Advocate for petitioners P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sunil Sudhakar Kothare, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Sudhakar Vinayak Kothare, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 15.08.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased died on 13.03.2021. Deceased was survived by one son and two married daughters. Out of them Son is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.02.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
